Workshops

I’ve always been drawn to a vision of early humans gathering around a campfire nightly, to tell stories of the day, laugh, smile, cry, and sing together. This was our community, seen and strengthened by being together. In this same spirit, I find group workshops to be a wonderfully fertile space for learning. I love being able to gather curious people across time and space to share, explore, and grow. The power of community and togetherness can be remarkable—and so healing.

Mining for & Defining our Values

Most of us think we know our values, but have never actually sat down to figure them out and put them on paper. Yes, we might all value kindness and honesty in society, but those might not be our most important personal values. When we are not living in alignment with our values, we feel exhausted, angry, and disconnected. But when we live in alignment with our values, we feel plugged in, empowered, and fulfilled.

This workshop is a space where we can explore and create awareness around what actually moves us, what makes us unique, and what connects us to our life purpose. During our time together, we will go through several ways to name your most important values, define them for yourself, and start to talk about how to use these values as signposts to help you move forward in your life with greater joy and intention.
