I'm a designer, Co-Active Certified Professional Coach, Reiki master, and Inner Cartographer living in Los Angeles. I live a creative and active life, and I'm deeply passionate about transformation.
But it took me most of my adult life to get here.

My Journey
I was raised with a particular set of goals in mind. My parents wanted success for me, but it was the kind measured in external achievement, status, boxes checked. There wasn't much room for how I was feeling internally, whether I was actually a well-rounded and happy person.
So most of my adult life hasn't been about climbing ladders or building a career in the traditional sense. It's been about raising myself. Learning to become a fulfilled, grounded, awake human who could stand fully in my life and make intentional decisions about the kind of life I wanted to live.
That journey out of the existential fog took years. Therapy. Coaching. Yoga. Meditation. Reiki. All of it was about understanding my inner life, honoring what it was telling me, and developing my own inner compass so I could orient myself in a way that felt meaningful and connected.
This is the personal work I bring to my professional work as a coach. I offer this work to others because I had to do it for myself. I know what it's like to feel lost, to carry patterns that don't serve you, to question whether you're living the life you're supposed to live or the life you actually want.
And I know what it's like to come out the other side. To feel grounded. Awake. Intentional. Alive.
That's why I'm the right person to walk beside you on this journey. Not because I have all the answers, but because I've walked this path myself.
Coaching Education
I started my Co-Active Training Institute journey in 2023, and knew from very early on that I had found the organization and community that I could put my trust in. CTI’s approach to coaching is holistic and supportive, and I myself have been deeply transformed through the work.
I’ve personally worked with several coaches to help me work through specific periods of my life. What I’ve gained from these different approaches is a deep appreciation for CTI’s model, and trusting that every client knows what’s best for themselves. When we see our client’s wholeness and creativity as a fact, we no longer sit in a position of “fixer,” but rather, we become a collaborator, thought-partner, and witness to their brilliance.
I am a CPCC (CTI Certified Professional Coach) and ACC (Associate Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation. I also have continuing education with CRR Global for group and team coaching.

Visual Design & Creative Pursuits
I've worked professionally as a visual designer for over 20 years, working alongside strategists, storytellers, campaigners, and creative directors to support new ways of thinking and interacting with the world. I've worked both as a freelancer and as a full-time in-office designer, so I know firsthand what both sides of the coin can give and take.
I also know how my creative desire lives beyond the 9-to-5 boundaries, and how critical it is for that desire to be expressed in many ways. I've had the pleasure of being a member of the Ukelele Orchestra of the Western Hemisphere here in LA, performing at different events across the city. I've also had my own precious metal jewelry company that thrived on Etsy for years.
None of these things were about changing my career, but the expression I was able to have with these creative outlets has supported me in building community and connections across my life experience.
This design background is why visual mapping is central to my Inner Cartography work. I create beautiful, meaningful maps because I know how powerful it is to see your life's journey represented visually. It's not just pretty—it's transformative.
Reiki & Energy Work
I started my Reiki journey in Brooklyn, NY at Maha Rose with Padma back in 2009, and I can trace a direct lineage of my training to Dr. Usui, the founder of Usui Reiki. Since first starting with Level 1, I slowly built up my spiritual relationship with Reiki in a cadence that made sense to me. I received Level 2 with Victoria Vives Khuong in Los Angeles in 2015, and was called to Master Level attunement with my friend and teacher Lisa Levine in 2022.
Over the years, I’ve built a deeper connection with Reiki and have been applying it to my coaching practice by creating an energetic container for my sessions. I use Reiki to call upon my highest self, my client’s highest self, and whatever universal energy is available to help support the coaching work. This is not a full Reiki session, but rather a way for me to create intentions around the coaching work. I bring this energy to my work with gratitude, and a trust that all will be called forth for our greatest good.

Why I Do This Work
I'm a seeker, a reflector, a doer. I want everyone to feel empowered and supported to live their best life. Not the life they think they should live, but the one that feels fully alive and truly theirs.
I bring all of myself to this work. My years of inner exploration. My design thinking. My spiritual practice. My lived experience of coming out of the fog and learning to stand grounded and awake in my life.
